We are a fully insured professional cleaning company. These policies are in place to help us deliver EXCEPTIONAL service to ALL our customers.
Please take a moment to read through them carefully.
- Cleaning Hours- Monday-Sunday 7:00A.M- 4:00 P.M (HOWEVER WE ARE ON CALL 24/7)
- Holidays- We observe New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day. If your schedule day falls on a holiday, we will call to reschedule.
- Cancellations- Any cancellations made within 48 hours, will be charged a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service you agreed upon. If you are needing to cancel, email @Brookescott3333@gmail.com or text (405-668-0369) immediately. All cancellations fees must be paid on the day of the canceled cleaning service.
- Inclement Weather- If schools are closed we will discuss a rescheduling.
- Access To Your Home- We need up to date information on your home access codes. (garage code, gate code, alarm code, etc) or have a key accessible if you are not physically home. If we arrive and can not access the inside of your home, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot get ahold of you after 15 consecutive minutes, we will charge a same day cancellation fee that is equal to your regular day service charge. We will make every effort to arrive at your home in the time frame we agreed upon but because of possible cancellations or prior cleans running longer than expected, we cannot guarantee a specific time at all times. (We RARELY have setbacks && are on top of our timing 97% of the time) Circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or team illness may affect our arrival as well. We are a family owned local company and we will always do our best to keep communication as open as possible.
- Payment- Payment is due same day of service or invoice date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any payment left unpaid will be charged a $25 late fee on top of the original bill PLUS $10 a day until paid. We accept Cash, Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, checks, money orders, and apple pay.
- Rates Increased- We reserve the right to raise our pricing with the increase demand for our services. You will be notified of any changes that are to occur.
- Preparing for your cleaning visit- It is not necessary to clean your home before our team's arrival. This is what we are here for. However, if your home is cluttered with trash, large stockpile of personal belongings (medications, clothes, paperwork, etc) and or pet feces (please see our biohazard policy) please pick these items up to make sure we have clear pathways to walk and work in. If this had to be done by one of our team members, we will charge an additional fee of $65.00 an hour for decluttering services aside from your regular/estimated cleaning fee. The ideal cleaning situation is when no one is present in the home and any/all animals are kenneled or put in a designated assigned area. We know this isn't always possible. If you are home, please eliminate as many distractions as possible so we can work uninterrupted. We try to work as quickly and effectively as possible.
- Pets- We love all animals. We do not clean any pet feces or any pet crates or bedding. We also do not feed animals.
- Biohazard Policy- We will clean anything, with a few exceptions. We will not clean up any human or animal feces, blood, vomit, or urine. (Toilets are an exception due to spraying bleach before contact) If we encounter a biohazard situation, we will leave it as is, and we will notify you in person or via text/phone call if you are not home.
- Supplies and equipment- WE SUPPLY ALL EQUIPTMENT AND PRODUCT UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED.
- Social Media Release /Quality Control- For advertising purposes, we reserve the right to take before and after pictures of our work in your home. We will NOT identify you by name nor picture any personal/valuable items in your home in our photos. We also reserve the right to take before and after pictures to ensure quality control.
